Study Mind, an official government Department of Education partner for the National Tutoring Programme, UK that provides high quality and personalized 1-1 online tutoring. They sought to automate their manual feedback report generation process. Our team seamlessly integrated Google Forms API, enabling automatic report creation and distribution, significantly reducing tutor workload and improving the student experience.

Problem Statement

Study Mind's tutors relied on Google Forms for feedback collection, followed by time-consuming manual report compilation. This inefficient process hindered scalability and timely student access to results. They needed a swift, cost-effective solution to optimize the feedback system.

Challenge

To generate individual student feedback reports, we need to synchronize the data of students from existing system with Google Forms responses, that will provide the necessary information to combine data from multiple forms.

Solution

We offered two solutions: a custom module within their existing system or a cost-effective Google Forms API integration. Study Mind opted for the API approach for efficiency.

We leveraged the Google Forms API to automate form creation and management.
